How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Do your styling tools come with a warranty?
Yes, all L'ange hair tools include a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Are your hair care products sulfate and paraben-free?
Many of our formulas are crafted without sulfates or parabens to ensure the health and integrity of your hair. Please check individual product labels for specific ingredient details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
Which heat setting should I use for my hair type?
We recommend starting at the lowest heat setting (around 250°F-300°F) for fine hair, while thick or coarse hair types may require higher settings up to 410°F.
